Charlie (Christina Lee) Joseph is kin of mixed Bone Gnawer/Silent Strider blood. Part of her in-the-know kin family has a small apartment above Studio Seven (Off Regan Avenue West), and can offer crash-space and minimalist emergency food or funds (Resources 1), and child-minding (donations gratefully received) to Garou relatives and their offspring. There are small children there, so use your head and don't call in if it would endanger them.

Charlie herself teaches dance at the Studio and may be able to arrange private training sessions in the studio or gym.
