Partner wanted for a dual character/possible plotty app

I'm thinking about a character that I want to do a dual character app for. Possible plot elements may be included. The characters won't be getting on grid until Aug 12 or after due to my own time constraints, but I'd like to send out an interest check, and I wouldn't be opposed to doing some pre-grid foo through email or messengers. If more people are interested, a small pack may be fun, as well.
